Работа на дому, с потенциальными пациентами лаборатории (без поиска) по скрипту. Запись опросника и пациентов на тесты ДНК.
Мы ничего не продаем, мы связующие звено между американскими лабораториями и пациентами.

REQUIREMENTS 

Опыт работы не обязателен, но приветствуется. Обязательно знание английского языка (Upper Intermediate), собеседование будет на английском языке. Хорошая дикция, вежливость, стрессоустойчивость и внимательность. Обучаемость, ответственность и позитивный настрой. Грамотная речь, большой словарный запас, в т.ч. соответствующий специфике (пример слов: Atherosclerosis, Hypertension, Heart Attack, Heart disease, Heart Failure, Sudden Cardiac Death, Stroke).Клиентоориентированность. This individual will be responsible for day to day management, optimization and reporting in support of email and other marketing communications. The optimal candidate can work smart – melding both speed and quality to manage tasks efficiently. Understanding of marketing operations & strategy, as well as comfort with marketing technologies and databases highly recommended. The position reports to the Head of Retention Marketing.

REQUIREMENTS 

BA degree in Marketing/Communication or analytical emphasis.  0-1 year online marketing-specific experience, optimally focused on email marketing. Experience with ESP and marketing automations vendor recommended.
Understanding of HTML and email design best practices. Flexibility and agility to adapt to changing and evolving business requirements and objectives. Results-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge around metrics and ROI analysis. Ability to synthesize results into email marketing enhancement recommendations. RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the email proofing and QA process including: testing all email click-through experiences, reviewing and proofing on-site experiences. Support implementation of new marketing automation programs (email, push, programmatic direct mail, on-site), using data to personalize/contextual communications. Partner with digital marketing team on the coordination and management of campaigns across multiple channels and ensure program specific ROI goals are being met. Understand and enforce data & email best practices. Understand key customer segments, uncovering opportunities within the data and working with the team to develop action plans to activate and impact KPIs. Streamline data & reporting requests. We are currently building a team to work on the client's project «UFC.»
This position is a temporary, 6-month assignment. 

REQUIREMENTS 

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Mathematics, Economics, or related field. 
2-3 years of experience working in a company where the primary product is a digital experience such as an eCommerce marketplace, mobile streaming app, social networking app, or IOT experience. Highly collaborative, comfortable working with cross-functional teams, but able to move projects forward independently when needed.  Demonstrable experience in data visualization. Well-versed in digital media, including Google search and shopping, YouTube, The Trade Desk, Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, and other emerging platforms. Experience working with Google Analytics. Experience working with reporting tools such as Tableau and PowerBI. Advanced skillset using Excel, building pivot tables, and creating charts in presentation formats. Experience in developing presentations and presenting.  Experience with tag management tools such as Google Tag Manager or Minute.ly would be a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyzes complex data sets and extracts actionable insights using various customer and marketing methodologies.
Leverages and connects data from multiple platforms into a unified data set using various APIs. Performs root cause analysis to understand how behaviors lead to outcomes. Identifies testing and optimization opportunities.  Supports UFC's understanding of customer behaviors and life cycles, such as user engagement, conversion, and churn. Conducts robust analysis (both personally and in collaboration with UFC's partners) that translates digital advertising data (e.g. from ads run on Google Search, Google Shopping, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms) into insights on performance KPIs. Designs develops, and shares reports and dashboards tailored to Product teams. Creates and delivers presentations that present data to stakeholders in meaningful and interesting ways.  Drives improvements in internal processes and systems to enable the company's evaluation of resources. Evaluates business requirements and collaborates with Endeavor analytics team in pass-off requirements for execution and BI/IT development for UFC. Other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned.
